    July Fun Facts:

  • Our Independence Day is celebrated on July 4th every year even though the Declaration of Independence was not officially adopted until August of 1776.

  • Three Presidents have died on the 4th of July: Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and James Monroe.

  • July is named after the Roman General Julius Caesar, who was recognized for adopting the Julian Calendar.

  • July 17th is National Hot Dog Day (like mine with mustard & relish).

  • July 30th is National Cheesecake Day!!
