The Exchange club of Brunswick honors Police officers of the year

The Exchange club of Brunswick held their annual police officers of the year program. Chairman of the program is retired Chief of the Brunswick police department Mr. T.C. Cowan. He spoke to the officers and the members about the noble profession and the dangers of being a police officer. He encouraged them with a scripture Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers; for they shall be called the children of God. Seven different agencies from Glynn county were represented by their chiefs or Captains. The chiefs spoke on why each officer was chosen to be the Exchange club of Brunswick officer of the year. Each officer was presented with a plaque and a check from the Exchange club of Brunswick.
